Plus it is under half mile to beautiful Bell's Neck Conservation or a mile to the beach (or short drive to charming Cape Cod villages w/shops & restaurants). Set on lovely lot with great yard on a quiet side lane & the owner has added ceiling fans & window AC in each of the 3 bedrooms for summer comfort. In fact, both bathrooms have just undergone a full renovation! There is an outdoor shower, terrific sun room & a lovely patio. Washer/dryer in basement, dishwasher, new flat screen TV. Two bedrooms offer double bed each while the third has two twins . SLEEPS 6. Sorry no pets. NOTE: Map incorrectly shows it as last house on left ... it is actually the 2nd on left. Bell's Neck is amazing!! And this is the ultimate Cape Cod retreat but surprisingly spacious ... you'll want to return year after year.
