Delightful home has just been lovingly refreshed and boasts a terrific front porch nicely outfitted to read, relax, chat and just enjoy the setting and salt air. Inside a large living room with television opens to a den to get comfy in and, of course, the kitchen and dining area with door that leads to back yard and the large outdoor shower. There is a bedroom with two twins on first floor and a full bathroom off the living room. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom with a King plus another with two twins. There is an outdoor grill and a table with chairs & umbrella for dining al fresco. All this is just 1/4 mile to a lovely beach on Nantucket sound (just east of Sea Street Beach and the Pelham House). Sorry no pets. Reduced rates for off-Season visits ... great time to visit & much less crowded !! SLEEPS 6. Sorry prime season has booked but April, May & much of June (or Fall 2024) is available at reduced rates of $1600 to $2200/wk depending on week(s) desired!!
