AC in living room via a large ductless unit keeps first floor comfy. All together this very comfortable home will be one you return to year after year for your own Cape memories. On quiet side lane yet you can walk Quivet Neck, the beach, the jetty, conservation lands & the charming 'Village' (don't miss the Library) for hours. Sorry no pets.
