This is a truly magical setting & such a sweet seaside cottage! It is under 3/10 mile to beautiful Sea Street beach where you can walk for miles from the jetty at the harbor (fishing, sunsets are awesome) all the way to the preserved lands of Crowe's Pasture. Rarely offered for rentals, this home has great energy & more space than you'd imagine. Comfortable living room with television & reading chairs, two bedrooms off to the right (one with two twin beds, while the other has a Queen bed). The kitchen with eat-in dining area offers a small dishwasher for convenience, gas cooktop, microwave & large counter style oven (though you'll hopefully be grilling outside most of the time). Then comes the full bath with shower stall. The large porch with windows for chilly nights is inviting & so handy overlooking the 30' deck plus the porch has a barn door to laundry room which opens to a small, private side deck with outside shower. There are 3 A/C units (one in Living Room, kitchen & double Bedroom). Pet with a responsible human considered on case by case basis. Sleeps 4
