This one is simple & breezy living in a very desirable setting. Open floor plan for summer fun boasts living room open to dining room, kitchen which has a den (with piano if you are so inclined). The master bedroom (with queen bed) has a private bath & slider to private deck with views. Two cozy guest bedrooms with two twins each share another full bath. The 4th bedroom (queen) with full bath for overflow is accessed separately from the main cottage in the walkout lower. Each of the sleeping areas offer AC units for comfort. The screen porch off the dining room is a sweet spot to enjoy the setting & there's a beautiful view from the main deck too! Walk to the library, Crowe's Pasture Conservation & more!
