The main level has a quaint but very functional kitchen with pantry, a den, a sun room with sitting and dining areas, a formal dining, the living room, a half bath and, of course, a covered porch on the beach side with amazing views and sunsets! This is all tucked away down a winding dirt road in coveted Quivet Neck area of East Dennis with a most amazing stretch of beach for walkers (from the jetty at Sesuit Harbor to magnificent Crowe's Pasture conservation area with her oyster beds). Of course there is an outdoor shower for after the beach & window AC units will be going in at least 3 of the bedrooms and the family room with large screen TV (summer sea breezes will help with rest). Sorry but no big parties, no bonfires or fireworks in this peaceful area. Sand path over the dune with a rope for part of the way to help get you to and from the private association beach.
