This is a real gem & first time renting means availability for 2022! Beautiful views will be the absolute highlight with the ever changing sights & sounds along Bass River. Kayak or just soak it all in from the firepit area, patio or the rolling lawn. Inside you will find a freshly painted & re-decorated home with excellent floor plan for shared vacations. Be together but have a little escape space too! There are 2 bedrooms (each with queen size beds) and a shared bathroom. The 'in-law' area offers more bedrooms (one bedroom with a single twin, while the other has 2 twins) but also boasts it's own kitchen & sitting area. All this down a quiet side lane yet a short drive to all you love & want to explore about Cape Cod. Central AC too ! SLEEPS 7 No pets. Just under 2.5 miles to beach at Trotting Park Road or a bit more to West Dennis Beach. NOTE: Main bathroom (the green one in photos) is in process of being renovated/updated. 2 WEEK MINIMUM
