3 bedroom, 1 bath this RIGHT side (Unit "B") of well maintained two family is on quiet side lane but just 4/10 mile to Bayview Beach or 1/2 mile to Mayflower Beach ... or for that matter treat yourself & see the sunset at Chapin Beach or stroll to Dennis Village. It's what memories are made of & this property has been pampered by it's attentive owner & family members for years. They even added beautiful wood floors throughout to make it more comfortable. As you enter, a comfortable living area is off to your right with a slider to a large side deck with built-in bench seating (and in season it is complimented by a table, umbrella & chairs). The living room is open to the dining & kitchen. Down the hallway are 3 bedrooms & a bathroom (yes, of course there is an outdoor shower for after the beach). The back bedroom offers a Queen size bed with window AC unit and slider to back yard. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed plus a twin (sleeps 3 people) & the third bedroom offers two twins. Sorry no washer / dryer or dishwasher but it's vacation so enjoy the beach & the Cape sights. SLEEPS 7
